Question Sanchez machine???

So I placed an order through the Sanchez machine website on 9/23. It is now 9/28 and the payment is "unclaimed" according to paypal. Also I did not recieve any shipping info. When I try to call an answering machine picks up and tells me no-one is available to take my call and hangs up. I know it is a legitimate shop so I'm not too concerned. I'm just wondering if this is normal with them and what is their typical turnover time? So any info from someone with past experience dealing with SM would be great. Thanks in advance.

Yeah if nothing changes by monday I'll get my money back. I went through Sanchez machine's website. Added the item to my shopping cart and paid via my paypal account to their "verified" account. It just seems odd that I haven't heard anything from them, no-one is there to answer calls, and there isn't a voicemail. I'm sending an e-mail as we speak...

Just fyi. Im pretty sure the sanchez machine company is one or two people who own a machine shop and do custom work. Ive spoken to them a few times. Mostly they direct me to pbgateway because that is a retail site and they mostly dont deal with a lot of customers. I reccomend u keep calling till u get a live person and then get their paypal info and confirm payment. Otherwise i would recommend melissa at ccm

I think you're better off getting your money back if they dont response to your email by tomorrow. I actually saw some on sale on eBay if you are interested. GL man

I bought something from sanchez and also tried to contact them and got zero response. Then one day I got the paypal shipping notice and I got my item. Took several days to ship but it came and I am happy with the product. Be patient for a bit.

They may be on vacation, Luis runs a "regular" machine shop. Paintball is a very small portion of his work. He also does a lot of work for larger paintball companies (barrels,bolts,etc) If you need it in a hurry it's not gonna happen. He's a legit guy, if you speak Spanish it can be a plus

I'm really not in a hurry, nor am I trying to bash Sanchez Machine. I was just making sure that the order went through and that they shipped or are going to ship my bolt soon. I understand it's a small machine shop so my $35 order doesn't take priority. Basically I wanted to know if I should just wait another week or get my money back asap... I'll hold out until friday, and if I dont get ahold of anyone I'll get my money back and just order through a different site or Ebay.

Luis works out of his machine shop daily. Its located right off of the 5 Fwy in La Mirada, Ca. He's a super cool dude and primarily operates as a one man show. He's been at it for years and has produced paintball products for just about every company out there, past and present. Try calling him before noon PST...

Update: I got a response via e-mail from SM. Payment went through and item has been shipped.

I want to make it clear again that I wasn't trying give a negative image or bash SM in any way. They make great products. Thanks for the responses in this thread guys.
