what should i do ?

i just got an sft shocker picked it up for 40 bucks put 100 into it for a new noid works great. however i only have a 48/3000 tank and not to much extra money for all the ups i would need to make it more efficient. would it be worth trading it in and getting a new gun thats already more efficent i adjusted my dwell best i could and i can only get about a 325 shots per fill max any ideas.

Problem your not going to get more than you already put into it. If a quick short sell, even less. You cant really get a better gun with that. Your cheapest option is prolly to pick up another 48/3k. Or maybe you can find a deal on a 68/3k or 45k that only has a year or two left on the hydro. Out of hydro date tanks can be a steal but then you need to add $20-40 to get it tested.

Efficiency wise you won't gain much with any sub-150 marker you can buy. Certainly won't get a gun that shoots better and is more efficient. For me, I'd rather have a less efficient great shooting marker than a very efficient not so great marker. You want the most efficient gun ever? Get a Tippmann C3. Something like 50,000 shots on one $3 propane tank.

The truth in all the matter is that no matter what marker you have, you're not going to get a lot of shots off no matter what if you are running a 48/3000 tank. Upgrade your tank, then you can look into a whole bunch of different marker's if you want to get rid of your Shocker.

Craigslist is your friend for deals on tanks. I picked up a 68/45k for $40 with 2 years left on it. The summer is close to over so guys will get stuck sitting on stuff so you can lowball and get a nice deal
