I am assuming you mean the exalt speedfeed flips open? Thats not an empire product so unless you are talking about the empire speedfeed (which I have heard very few people have this issue) then you really cant hold it against the hopper. The plastic of the loader may feel weak but it is in fact not, just go watch the durability tests. Wires do not relate to reliability. Can you give examples of it jamming, I have never once had a jam using the z2 while the rotors are notorious for them.
