I can recommend a CP on/off asa. Nicest asa I have ever used. They run about $30-$35.
Also, the single trigger frame is fantastic if you don't like the double trigger on a pump. They go for about $45.
Finally, I haven't personally use one, but I have heard nothing but good reports about the TechT Hush Bolt. ANS has them on sale for $40.

i would highly recommend a reg for it, assuming you have an original KP. you could also look into the stainless pump rod, but it's not gonna make a world of difference. the reg should make it a little more consistant.

One thing that isn't mentioned is a turbo valve of some sort. There are many different makers of aftermarket valves for Spyder style markers but I opted for the 32 Degress Magna Port valve and Lapco cup seals.
I'm also replacing pretty much every screw in the gun with stainless screws. They aren't black but they don't turn brown or rust in place. Bit of a bling factor too I guess.
If you want a SS screw kit let me know.

Hush bolt, I'd say is.
if I had a KP (to keep and not just build), these would be the ONLY things to go into/onto it.
AKALMP Tornado valve -or- Maddmann rocket valve. (Efficiency, consistency, sound signature, smoothness of shot)
Maddmann or 32 Degrees Spyder Spring Kit. (sound signature, consistency, pump stroke)
Azodin Single Finger Trigger Frame (if you like a single finger frame over a double)
TechT Hush Bolt (Efficiency and consistency)
.678 Lurker Eigenbarrel (Efficiency, consistency, rollout prevention, weight savings)
Hybrid, Function, Q-Lock, or CP Feedneck (personal choice if the stock neck won't hold a loader in)
NDZ, MacDev, Bob Long Camdrive or Warrior B1 ASA (All ergonomic, lightweight, reliable and low cost Inline and Venting ASAs)
Rocksteady Reg seat for the stock regulator.
Hitman rod.
I'd avoid CP suggestions.
The ASAs are sub-par for their price range. The newer ones that are on rails are ok, but for that cost, it should be inline with a more ergonomic knob.
Regulators are fine, but not much better at all than the stock to justify the cost. The CP V2 (gen3) HPRs are actually awesome, but then they are again overpriced.
Barrels are fantastic for the price for the One piece, but then the Lurker Eigenbarrel costs $8-$10 more and is far greater.

Yelo, nice to come across you again as you've been very helpful in the past.
One thing came to mind after reading your above post, do you recommend these upgrades for the Special Edition KP too (Gold and black) because it comes with the hitman mod, on/off ASA, single trigger and not sure of any other upgrades with the Special Edition KP.
Also, on Maddmann's website which valve fits the KP? I only saw A/C and Spyder valves.
