Sounds like noid problems to me. Just curious what lube are you using?

Alright then I would say there is something blocking the hole that is furthest from the regulator. I just took my g3 apart and used my air compressor as I suggested, I did leave my regulator on though. The hole furthest would push the bolt back into its normal resting position. The front hole moved the bolt forward with a noticeable pop like it was shooting, if I kept it on there it would leak down the barrel as expected because it pressurizes the dump chamber, if the bolt is far enough forward to clear the back cap/mushroom then air will flow threw the bolt and down the barrel.

Since you said you replaced the oring in the body behind the feedneck and all 3 bolt orings then I am not sure why the bolt isnt being pushed back, but it moves freely without air. If the air compressor moved the bolt like it should, then I would say it is a problem with the solenoid, since it doesnt it has to be between the hole furthest from the regulator (that the solenoid pushes air in) and the bolt system. I wish I could look at it in person, I am very interested what the fix will be.

Good deal, I would try putting it together and see what happens now, start with the pressure zeroed out/regulator screwed all the way in then slowly screw it out and hopefully it will fire. If not id look more into the solenoid.

It won't fire at all still, I even polished the trigger so the sensor would pick it up better... And nothing. I ended up buying a new noid. I'll see how that goes once it shows up.

Thank you everyone for your help!

Well like I said before, there was lube on the o-rings that seal the noid to the body, so I don't think it was doing anything with the air

I had recent issues with dye slick lube. Not sure why but i must have gotten a bad batch. Hater v2 works wonders for me and I highly recommend it. Report back once you pop your new noid in to give us an update. Good luck!

Sounds like the noid valve might not be opening correctly. For whatever reason, I've seen the valve pin seals swell causing the marker not to fire.

To get to the valve pin, remove the 4 screws and inspect the valve pin seal to make sure it sits flush with the end of the valve pin. If the seal isn't flush, then you need to lightly sand the end with some very fine (1000 grit) sandpaper.

Since you have it apart, remove the piston from the red chamber and clean the chamber with brake cleaner to remove the old lube and dirt... don't worry about the brake cleaner, it won't hurt the anodizing. Although it will cause orings to instantly swell so make sure you completely dry the chamber with compressed air before re-assembling.

Sorry it took so long for the update, sold the gun to a buddy and forgot about this thread. After the new solenoid came in, I took out the ****tayyy DP lube and used some slick, installed it in the marker and it's been working flawlessly.

Now, just having bolt stick due to the very very very ****Ty slick lube, switched to sleek and problem solved
