The worst is gonna hit tonight. I will inspect the field as soon as I can for damage. Weather for the event should be good. Stay tuned.

Please keep us appraised concerning the conditions of the field and the surrounding area. We definitely don't want to have anyone driving (or playing) in dangerous conditions if things aren't well.

Just went to the field. Everything is good. No damage.
The Lynchburg area just had some high wind gusts and rain... nothing horrible.
We are good to go.

Sorry, just saw talk about hotels...
Liberty works well with the Wingate, but their price is higher than most.
Super 8 is very close.
