I did work with a lot of busines owners and the last thing you want to do is get a partner. 99 percend of them that lost the busines was the partner that did them in. If you want to take one make sure. This whas in non paintball businesses but busines is busines!

Thanks Good Advice. the land is not an issues My family Owns the Land so I will be just paying the Taxes on it until the company turns a Profit, and then we will Rework the lease. I am considering starting off as a seasonal thing So the cash needed will be used for Rental Markers and Field setup along with operational expenses. I have a Decent Job, And i intend on keeping until the business is up and running and can support a salary until that point I will be only paying the Employees.

are rent is 40,000 a month and we bring 20,000 on a sat and sometimes more its worth the investment its all about location and verity of fields. u have to tend to the partys.

An indoor field could for sure be paying that much. A rough idea is $12/sqft/year, so $1 per foot per month. You cant really have an indoor field with less than 25,000sqft and 40-80,000 ones exist.
