if you have a gym pass i would say spend at least and hour at the gym (or as long as you can) and have a set day when you do what exercise heres what i do
Monday: Chest and Biceps
Tuesday: Cardio (Treadmill, Stairmaster, Recumbent Bike (aka seated bike) , elliptical)
Thursday: Back and Triceps
Friday: Shoulders and Abs
Saturday: Cardio (with a mix of legs)
Sunday: Cardio (mix of everything)
And eat healthy food NO fast food or junk food
The main thing is you don't want to lose weight to fast if you do you can and will get stretch marks

Yep, I have so many stretch marks all over my body.
But then again, I went from 340 pounds to 170 in about 2 years.
