Stripped back cap

I have a stripped back cap/bolt guide on my rl.(has stock nxt back cap on it..not the rl one)...you cant put an allen key in the hole as it has rounded out, so you cant get the bolt guide out. The gun still works fine but ive tried vice grips, pliers ...nothing cant seem to get the bolt guide out and i dont want to scratch the back of the gun anymore.

Any ideas on how i can get this bolt guide out?

if its the stock RL backcap you should be able to twist it since technically its a tooless bolt guide

Drill holes on opposite sides of the stripped hole and jam something in, like nails or key, in both so u can twist out
