DM10 won't shoot?

Hey guys, so my DM10 was leaking out the reg so i took it apart and replaced the o-rings on the brass seat retainer and the 2 o-rings under the swivel, so i go to air it up and it doesn't leak anymore but when i try to shoot without paint it dry fires like its shooting lobs, like barely shooting, the LED was acting funny so i thought it might be that because when i air it up with no paint, its red but blinks blue every like 3 seconds and then back to red, does this mean i need a new battery? I'm unable to change it because i don't have any 9 volts at the moment, but what do you guys think? Thanks.
