Before you purchase a part from anywhere call Empire. They will likely send you a replacement. I tried to get some at MAO from the booth and they woulda taken care of me but didn't bring any extra to the event.

Thanks for the reminder that I need to get myself a replacement! Out of the 10 I've seen around our local field several of us have had that particular piece come off, while others haven't had them even come loose. Must be a batch with bad tolerances out of the mold.

Lol, try earlier in the day. Empire is generally pretty helpful on the phone.

Just got my Eflex and that's my first gripe...those little pieces.....I'm thinking of coloring them bright colors just so I can find them if they do fall off! That and the instructions suck. Still on the fence on the mask. Haven't used it in a game yet....feels comfortable...but it does take some getting used too....I've been using a grillz for so long so it's a new change for me.

I think you can use the Jt hardware for the proflex in place of that part for holding on the soft ears....

The only time I've had that come off was when I pulled the ear/strap off to check out how the strap connects to the clips/connectors. There's no way they should get pulled off during regular use.
