Lube for the Crossover

I have been using my Crossover weekly since I purchased it in late June (no issues so far! )

Since then I have taken it apart for a clean and grease 3 times. I have been using the tippmann grease that came with it and have noticed that everytime i've cleaned it the grease has been very thick, black and dirty.

Would the crossover be considered a spool valve gun? Im curious if there is a better grease i could use for it? Any recomendations?

I assume any grease that works well on the phenom (flex valve) would work well on the crossover.

I've stayed away from oils on my tippmanns as I have had better experiences using grease on manual guns.

I believe the Crossover is a spoolie. Tippmann just calls it a Flex valve because it can shoot electro to mechanical without any changes. You should be fine with your regular lube.
