Blackheart Board problem.
As soon as I connect a fresh 9v to the board, it immediately chirps and the light goes solid blue. It does not do the 5 second dead battery chirping either. I have tested with my volt meter to make sure that the batteries are all putting out the 9v like they are suppose to. I am not able to enter into programming mode either.
Is the board shot? Did I screw something up?

Have you only tried one 9v? If not, try another brand new one, regardless if the one you have now puts out 9v or not.

Tried that. It will do the low battery chirp every 5 seconds on a dead 9v, so something is still working.

Really? Where do you find less than 9v batteries, with the same mounting brackets?
