2.0 Turning off when fired

Sup fellow luxers. I have a 2.0 with a few problems. First off, the gun is not turning on easily, I really have to press the button a bunch of times and then it will turn on. Then when I try to fire the gun, on the 2nd or 3rd shot, it will just turn off. I am thinking it is either a battery problem, or a board issue. Really hoping it isn't a board issue though. Battery level was at 75% according to the marker.
I guess what i am asking is, is there anything else that could be the culprit besides the battery or board?

Luxes come with 2 batteries. Try the other battery.

Call DLX - you'll probably have to send it in. Better off letting them fix it for you since you don't have the proper parts to test what is causing the issue.

It could be the board, it could be the button, or it could be the battery.
