Home brewing and winemaking is legal. Home distilling is illegal.
Government logic.
Anyway, "Apple Pie Moonshine" is just the name of the drink, Swizzler. Doesn't necessarily imply the use of genuine bootleg distilled spirits. If you ordered one at a bar, you wouldn't be breaking the law when they served it up.

Long story short..
We had civilians to work our gates. Our ****-wit of a colonel decided that renewing their contract or hiring new ones wasn't exactly a pressing issue. So now my squadron needs to fill 60+ bodies by consolidating shifts and extending them. We have a new squadron commander but he cant make miracles happen. He seems much better though then our old leadership.
In related news I'm serisouly thinking about getting out and going ROTC and coming back as a officer.
