Therein lies the google - I don't have specifics. I would look up the 2- I know the m series is awesome in its own right. I know the 325 series is the lowest and most affordable rung on the ladder

Since I got promoted as foreman, in about year and half, we're looking to move in to a much much bigger house with a backyard. Our house is great but needs more than 3 bedrooms and a second floor. So every dollar saved, counts.

I don't know about M3's but most car's VIN numbers have that info on them. If you google vin codes for the model year M3 you think it is and ask for the VIN thats on the car you should be able to tell.

Dont get that M!!!

The 95 was an odd ball year. It has the s50b30 motor that was a one year run. The s52 came out in 96+ and has a more solid head and makes a little better power.

HOWEVER! If your going for boost get the 328. The m52b28 motor takes boost the best. The M motors are bored and the walls being thin means under boost they like to eat head gaskets.

The car I would take would be the 325is. I did the whole buy an auto and do aa manual conversion thing and will never do that again. Just buy a manual to begin with. The 325 has the m50b25 motor which will handle boost well but throwing in a crank from the m52 or m54 will give you 2.8 and 3 liters respectively and will drop right in.

With all of these cars plan on replacing every bushing and ball joint.

If built wrong yes. Mine handles like a beast even at 90mph. And rather then putting more money into it to either supercharge it or drop a hemi in it, I'm thinking sell it and buy something a different kind of fun.
