Hey I just half blocked my spyder pump and I realized that the bolt doesn't stay in place now take a look why. I cut to deep and the pin doesn't stay in now. How do I fix this

What you do is be sad, scrap it and try again. Plan a bit better before the next cut! I really don't see how this if fixable while maintaining the integrity and safety of the marker.

I cut another one but now it's leaking and I know I didn't cut to far because the striker slot on the side is still partially there.

Looks like there is room at the rear of the bottom tube to mount something that will cover the top of the pin. Whether it be something you screw on (drill and tap a hole in the op of the tube) or epoxy/JB Weld something

I did this also (but on purpose). Easiest way to solve this issue is to go buy a longer metric screw (same threading as the rear frame screw) and drill a hole into the bottom of the velocity adjuster. When you thread the screw into the frame, it will be long enough to go into the velocity adjuster and hold it in place.

I'll have the information for the length and type of screw needed in the morning.

Also with your leaking issues, check the orings on your bolt and striker, the rough edges of the aluminum may have damaged your oring.
