I build them by order mostly, unless I'm just upgrading my own.

Basically you give me a budget and what you will be using it for and I'll put the best components for the use they'll be using it for and also the best components for the price.

Anywhere form $40-100. I've talked too other builders and moders and they charge a few hundred for builds they do.
