500psi will work just fine on a mini or Axe. I dont think you'll see any increased efficiency but 500psi will operate your marker correctly no matter which board settings you use or upgrades you decide to put on it. I would leave the 2 red shims out and then go re-chrono your marker to set the velocity at whatever you need it to be for the field your at and go play
