I love mech days so much. And Bryan I kinda want to get a nice mag (ule body, xvalve, intelliframe and ult). But i'm looking at 400-500 for a mag with those ups.

As long as the cocker is staying mech, most the parts don't have to be anything special. Only parts I would be picky about is a delrin bolt, the hpr, the valve and the 3 way.

That only leaves the springs, frame and ram.

Springs, frame, ram, lpr, hammer, back block. The most desired ram, the besales .44 is like 80 bucks last I saw and a semi-pain to track down.
But regardless the big picture is that building a cocker isn't that expensive and there are parts that make little to no difference in performance in a mech cocker so there is no reason to get aftermarket versions.

A tuned cocker shoots so nice, it's a shame most of the people that are just starting in paintball will probably never shoot one.

Closed bolt is fun to shoot and I'm in love with cockers sound signature. I get all nostalgic every time I shoot mine, it's like i'm playing back in 2004 all over again.

From scratch buying part by part nah, but I imagine if you didn't mind like a prostock body you could buy a complete working one, swap some parts and come in around 200. It all really depends on how custom you want your build. Personally I'm really happy with 99 sto I picked up off here for 175. The only part really aftermarket on it is the eclipse hinge.
