a HUGE difference. The 08's had the QEV's in them which like to blow after so many shots. They stopped making the QEV's, so good luck finding one if you bust one. So the 09 is way more reliable then like a 08. Make sure it has the plank kit installed on it though shoots about 110% better. If you can grab one with a Zick 2 and a updated bolt(Stick with a PE bolt maybe like a cure3+ or 4) that would be even better.

If you really wanna get a great gun go with the 10. They slowed the bolt speed way down so the shot of a 10 is much better then the 9. Not saying the 9 is bad with what I just said but it is better. The 09 is when gun companies stopped making "fast" guns and started to make "Smoother" guns.

I like my XSV 9, but it is loud and has more kick than other stacked tube poppets that I have owned. It has zick2 and installed. Unsure if it has a plank kit. Not like any paintball marker has much kick anyways so it doesn't bother me.

I'm down to move in with her and Bryan is right she isn't a cougar but she is in her late twenties when im sitting at 23/24.
