OK guys here is the deal, the new bolt system and manifold will cost $200 and the leather cases cost $75 plus shipping but if you purchase both of them at the same time the cost will be $250 delivered. The turn around time is like 3 days from the time I receive it to the time you have it back in your hands. Unless I am at a tournament or something.

Once you have the work done, can it be reverted back to the old system?
The air vent at the bottom... will it chill the hands on cold days?

No it won't chill your hands.
Yes it can revert back to the old drivetrain and manifold after the work has been done.
Would be a strange thing to do but yes.

I can't see someone rolling back - unfortunately, I've always worked in IT and part of my job is thinking about all scenarios... so I tend to ask things before others do

My Demon has been upgraded and is shooting 291, 294, 285 at 90 psi.

Should hopefully be back with me tomorrow.



And tomorrow I should receive my new Creed (in pieces!) so I can build it myself and write another one of those guides on how to maintain it

wildwayz, got your upped Demon back and used it yet? I'm still on the fence about upgrading mine since it's smooth like butter and sweeter than candy now.

Yes, got mine back within 3 days of them receiving it (well, would have if I was in to receive it - but alas, was at work so had to wait 4 days due to it being a bank holiday)

Only shot reballs through it (well and about 20 paintballs) and it does feel smoother - I mean, it was running at 125psi before (confirmed with the pressure tester) and now is running at 90psi (again, confirmed with pressure tester) with 290fps.
Feels noticeably smoother when you shoot now - and quieter.

It DOES have some new o-rings on the bolt system - think 22x1 and 23x1 o-rings (or 23x1 or 24x1 - cant remember).

Some people who never have issues with the QEV probably won't care much about this upgrade, but those who do will love it.
Personally, I love it and recommend it.

Took it out to a scenario event today (its on this weekend) and it was performing brilliantly.

Played a 2hr mini game and not a single problem. Smooth, quiet - shot 4 pods and a rotor and used 1500psi - if that. Pretty good considering it isnt broken in!

Looking forward to tomorrow's main game!

Mine was great in 26C temperatures yesterday. Think I went through 3200 balls with the upgrade and no ball breaks, no issues, consistent - love it!
I let a few people try it out and they fell in love!
