e2 noid housing seems to come in different size

anyone notice how some e2 noid housing threads seems to vary in size? some will thread into certain front block and others will just slide in.

Yes, I have the same problem. I also have a pair Orracle 3 ways that have this issue. They have different threads. Anyone know why?

the ones that I have seen that slide in were from the Eclipse's that used the FRM instead of the Front Block. There were no threads on those, just a grub screw on the underneath side of the FRM. You slid in the noid housing then tightened the grub screw to hold it in place.

Can't help w the mech 3way though.

I have that trouble with 1 of my E1 noid housings. Tried it on three different front blocks, and it's loose in all of them.
