could you post a pic? I'm not sure what you mean by Reg Sleeve. Are you talking about a cover that goes over your reg? Are you talking about the bonnet which is the top half of your reg?

Sorry valvepin, I always think of tank regulator...and not always inline reg.

To everyone else - he is referring to the inline reg sleeve made by KM and Exalt. Anyone have any first had experience they can share about those products? I have some friends that use them and they seem to like them. Ive never honestly tried one out.

I have and use both the KM and Exalt reg grips. I like them both but I feel (personal preference) that the KM has a little more grip as it it is more ridges. If you want something that doesn't show a brand name then go with the KM, if you don't mind so much and a few more color options then go with the Exalt. You can't go wrong with either.
