Can the mini guage be tightened so much that it causes a leak down the barrel? Ive got an Ion that never leaked til I broke the guage. A cpl days ago I got the guage replaced and now it leaks down the barrel. I compared it to my other one and its tightened in further. Should I get it unscrewed alittle?

Sounds more like an oring issue on the bolt or in the body. Check those first.
