So I met Tommy Tucker at the Extravaganza earlier this year. He said he could make some custom jerseys for my team for a great price and they would only take 4-6 weeks. I paid in full shortly after. Now over 4 months later and no jerseys! I've tried to contact him multiple times with him giving me the run around...we "misplaced" your payment info and they are taking longer than expected... Now he won't answer his personal phone or he Pbrack phone which has a "full" voicemail box that you can't leave messages...
Id really like to give them the benefit of the doubt but I'm starting to feel like I need to take legal action.

On behalf of PBRACK we are certainly trying to provide low cost designs and manufacturing for our players but at times things get messed up in our attempt to give you that low cost. We have since revamped our jersey manufacturing process and are also still handling those who have already decided to work with us . I can assure you the orders are into the manufacturing process and will be handled. Unfortunately our previous manufacture is a great distance from us and have had unexpected delays that we did not expect when we quoted,designed and sent off your order. We can only hope that you will understand that your order is being made and we are trying our best to get those to you as soon as possible. The main issue with your orders is simply having them shipped over here at this point.
As far as Tommy is concerned- he handles a boat load of information each day with our new line around the corner as well as manufacturing- new manufacturers-new customers- professional team management etc. etc. Often times when we do not respond it is because we have no new information and would rather not repetitively disappoint you. We do not want our customers to leave unhappy. But we must keep the dream alive by improving.
I operate my own design company called Censys Design Lab- I would be more than happy to design free lens stickers and goggle straps to the customers that have worked with us and are unhappy (just check the sig). You will have to get those manufactured by companies like KM or 187 but the design is on us.

If he has a "boat load" of work why did he take on so much knowing it was going to be overwhelming and he wasn't going to be able to provide any customer service at all? I hate it when people try to say "ooh he's just overwhelmed right now."....who gives a crap he got into the business, he took on the work, he knew what it would entail. If he wants to continue with this much work he needs to find a way to handle it regardless. So if he cannot get back with you or finish your order in a timely manner or the time quoted that is a total failure of service and yes he should get reprimanded for the horrible service.
In case your wondering.... I still have yet to receive my jerseys. They are supposedly "in route"..... shipped out 10 days ago... but they don't have a tracking number to give me? I guess they strapped them to a hobos back that can only walk backwards or something....
If you are looking for cheap custom jerseys for the end of 2013/2014 season id recommend you order them now.....
Otherwise you will end up waiting and waiting and waiting and ordering long sleeves or something just to get you through the current season AND spending more money!
I will never be ordering anything from them again.
