i'm Pierre-Charles Team manager of Marseille Taz(French Team)
a paintball player named Matt Hager is currently doing bad things using our Team name TAZ.
All he can said is wrong.
He asked to play with us but he failed (as with Team TonTon)arguing he may give money to our team.
Please be careful with him

For once I'm with the French, this guy is a bad apple.

he scammed 2 of my friends and i with over 7 grand. YES 7 grand = $7000

heres how it is

we first met at capital edge paintball park in sacremento, we were all trying out for sacramento damage (d1 psp team)

after about a month he said he could get us luxe 2.0s for $850 each. he said he was a dlx luxe tech so we all agreed to get some

AGAIN we all knew matt hager in real life, so we trusted him (knows where he lives, communicates with him on the daily, etc, etc)

2 months later there has been minimal contact between him and i, and my friend even asked darryl trent (owner of dlx luxe) if matt hager was actually a luxe tech. darryl didnt even know the guy.

our theory(may not be true) is that matt hager has a gambling addicting, so he lied to us saying he was a dlx tech when all in all he uses our money to play poker or whatever to try and come up on money and buy us luxe 2.0s at regular price.

I finally got my $850 back from matt after constantly nonstop bugging him day and night, treatening to tell the whole pbnation community and filing a small claims and police report.

but the other 2 plaintiffs have not recieved their money back. matt owes one of my friends $5000(2 luxe 2.0s and a motercycle, and another $1700 to another friend for purchasing 2 luxe 2.0s)

it seems like Matt Hager is constantly ripping people off and lies about almost everything. I stopped by his house one day in Burbank, CA to pick up my luxe 1.0 he fixed. he always boasts about playing with professional paintball teams. (ton tons, mutiny, etc etc.)

This man is a disgrace to the paintball community and he should be banned from every field.

Moral of the story, only buy from reputable dealers. (for everything )

This is not drama. I am personally out $4500. His username is sedition#21, all positive feedback.

Taz has a reputation to protect. This incident has both tainted dlx's reputation as well as the Taz reputation in Nor Cal.

I personally spoke to darryl of DLX to clear matters up. The custom annos i ordered back in april from matt, never ordered/made

The guy was a good friend, and a legit baller. Its a shame he turned an opportunity to grow his name in pb gor the better, an tainteD is reputation

Yes you can look at it like that. But i already recieved one from him. And Sponsored players ( he said he was with Taz) get deals on guns. So not TO Good looking from that logic. This thread wasnt made to bash the people he scammed, but to warn others.
