Off the get go BNIB board is in TOURNAMENT LOCKOUT, looking for dip switch on board or dip switch button, can someone point me in the proper direction or is there another way of unlocking?

I did read it, and again it mentions a dip switch if equipped or a button to press down on. Where is either or on the board?

I just got the Virtue board and I cannot find the dip either 0.o any help on pointing it out?
