i took apart my gun today and found i had a broken wire going from the electroinics to the eyes. the light that determines if the eyes are on blinks when the eyes are on. but i know the wire is extreamly skinny but my concern is can that wire be soldered back together or do i have to get a virtue board?? looking for a honest opinion.

was the wire that was cut/ripped black and have like 2 or 3 other wires that went with it ? If so you can try to solder it back together or buy new wires. i wouldn't imagine you'd have to get a whole new board

You should be able to buy a new eye harness, I think they're about $5.

Same thing happened to me and I fixed it. If the break is not close to the connector, you should have enough room to trim back the wire insulation and bridge the broken wire with a 28AWG wire and then cover it up with heat shrink.

If you're not comfortable soldering or have the dexterity to work with small wires, it's probably better to buy a new wire harness.
