How could I get this title bolded?

I see how some threads have bolded titles and some don't.
how and why is that and how can I have that happen to my thread posted above?

I believe that's just threads that have new unread posts; it's not something a user / moderator controls.

I suppose each user should see bold titles for threads they have yet to read, but I think it hiccups constantly because I'm rarely in the BST anymore, and there's only a few bold titles.

I could understand how difficult it is to keep the system doing that properly and consistently.
