the barrels are nice very light has far as inserts .679-689

I have one on my Fusion FX and it shoots incredible with the .687 insert

Had one awhile ago on my epiphany and was amazing then too

thanks guys , what is better the aluminum or stainless steel inserts ? Whats the difference ?

Weight/durability. The SS ones will be tougher, but heavier. The aluminum ones will be lighter, but can bend/dent much easier

If your going to get DW barrel, I would start with 3 inserts, the .682/.684/.687.
These are the three I use the most only because I live in Fl where the humidity is usually 100% all the time. You can even pick up a Perfecto Cigar Humidor for 10.00 to hold your Freak inserts and it's small enough to fit in any gear bag, without fear of damaging your fragile inserts. Buy the barrel, then get the inserts separate, it will be cheaper in the long run.
