BST Question, Please Help!

I sold someone an HK Longsleeve in BST for 25$, they paid and I shipped USPS July 6th, I did not send it with insurance or with tracking because he paid absolute bottom dollar, he is now saying he never recieved the package and that he wants a refund. What am I obligated to do here, I have already sent the longsleeve so if I gave him a refund that means I am out the longsleeve and shipping cost. Please help me out.

There's really nothing we can offer. We can't mediate the deal.

FYI if you ship USPS online they give you a 20% discount on shipping and free tracking. Plus you always have a record electronically of what you shipped out. Always get tracking at bare minimum.

If you have no proof that you shipped then guess who PayPal is going to side with?
