I went into the store today and I talked to Joey k and I asked him why it is taking so long to get answers and he told me that it is because josh k is out working on the field and he doesn't check the nation that much but he usually does in the morning , so we all just have to have patience even though the event is in 5 days and counting

Captains meeting is at 8:15am. We will be taking a lunch break around noon depending on how fast games are going.

The teams moving on from prelims will be the top 2 team in each bracket and 2 wild card teams, which will be generated by the APPA scoreboard.

Thanks for hosting a grea event as well as the staff/refs! I know Kansas City Wave and myself enjoyed it and had fun. It was nice to see a great turn out, solid players, and some new faces.

Congrats to whoever won it as well as the 2nd and 3rd place finishers!!!!

You called that paint decent? That paint was simply unacceptable.

-Shot like bottle rockets, straight shotgun spread.
-Bounced off everything
-When it did break, it spun away and didn't leave much of a mark

I agree completely! Ball on ball consistency was terrible. Very difficult to be accurate...at one point I was concerned that my cover fire would actually hit my own teammate because it was so unpredictable.

Pretty much had to be shot in the gun or mask to have a chance of it breaking. I saw more people pulled without a mark on them than I've seen at any tournament! I've heard of phantom hits, but some of these were on areas of the body that there would be no where for the paint to go but on the player.

The fill wasn't even a bright green...kinda of a duller bluish green. Also disappointed to see that it wasn't a protected color. Made calling people hit even more difficult.
