best "bang for your buck" supplement to deal with achy joints(no serious injury)?

I already take fish oil, though I've heard recent studies aren't supprotive of it actually doing anything for the joints, even when megadosed.

Anyone ever tried Pronom23 whey from controlled labs before?

Considering it, 4lbs $37 shipped.

thoughts on beta-alanine?

Current PWO is 10g bcaa, 5g creatine, 200mg caffeine(will take time off if I'm developing a tolerance). When I want an extra kick, I throw in 25-50mg of dmaa. Thinking of adding B/A on top of that for those special days. Or is it better to use it more consistently?

or does it just make you tingle and do **** all?

looking for a good pre workout booster, anyone ?

You need to use it consistently to raise your carnosine levels.

Does it have a ****ty taste, or can I throw it in my morning coffee with my creatine?

Also, dosing protocol + cheapest place to get it in bulk?

As for my joints, started taking cissus and glucosamine + msm. Don't really notice ****, but hitting my quad tendons and vmo hard with stick/roller/lax ball have started having some effect.

It's safe. If you feel like it's too strong, cut back the dosage. They're not steroids so don't overly complicate it.
