sounds like the juice fast was counter productive, as soon as you come off of it the majority of the weight comes back, like all crash diets

cant see why anyone would want to do this honestly, but whatevs erry body looking for shortcuts in this game and nobody wanna put in the real hard work for it

The fast worked amazing, the eating McDoubles every day after was counter productive.
and how is taking in more greens than you could possibly eat in a day a bad thing? Juicing them just makes it a little easier to eat 5lbs of veggies.
Not trying to start a war, just trying to help.
& i bet 99% of you know more about training and nutrition, It seems as if everyone is taking me as a troll. That is far from the case I am just trying to help those interested in a juice fast.

Sorry thought you meant something else, misread. I've been juicing for 7 weeks and have 5 left. Crazy strength and muscular weight gain, up 10 pounds and down 2% BF.

The fact of the matter is that 235lbs with clearly visible abs would suggest that cutting down to 215-220 would have you absolutely shredded, and shredded at that level would be someone who's been regularly lifting heavy and competing for years, and the picture you just posted can pretty clearly establish that you have not been doing either of those in the past few years (don't care if it's 2 years later). This is assuming you don't have some ridiculously tall height. Even with ridiculous height though, to be 20lbs lighter than you were when you had a "6-pack" and not have one any more...extremely doubtful.

We're honestly not dicks on here, you just have to realize most of us have been studying this for a while, and your claims raise just about every bull**** flag possible in our minds, and now you seem offended that we don't believe you.

I can post a before picture if you really must see what I am talking about.

currently I look pretty twiggy and that is at 215lbs

I will work on scrounging up a pic of juice'd me
