juice fast

I am starting my second juice fast tomorrow. My first one was last year 20 days long and helped me lose 32 lbs. This one will be 14 days i am really looking forward to it. Has anyone else done one for weightloss? What was your experience? if you haven't done one then what is your opinion.

I did the first go and I honestly hate the taste so I'm supplementing in spinach. Also this is only a kick start I also run at least 2 miles a day and go to the gym 5 days a week. I'm using this as a body reboot/ I need to drop 20 lbs fast. Everyone talking bad about it obviously doesn't know the facts and/or hasn't tried it.

still, its not how it tastes its for the nutritional value.
4 stalks kale
1/2 bundle spinach
2 beets
2 carrots
1/4 grape fruit (peeled)

drink like 2-3 of those a day, you will lean out/be able to gain muscle. I did it for 3 months and was 235 with low bf% (6 pack) no pic. Drink mas agua

I have been on a juice fast and got amazing results, I ate raw sprouted almonds as well.

most people prefer at least some form of satiety in their diet. a diet comprised entirely of liquid does not sound like a way to blunt hunger well.

The liquid is fairly thick almost like a shake, and its pretty hard to eat after drinking one. Mine came out to be about 20-30 oz per shake and I was drinking 3 a day + around a gallon of water. needless to say I never caved in and ate solid food during that 3 month period other than a hand full of raw almonds as a snack through out the day.

& yes most people would rather eat solid food, this is not a diet for most people.

to me - and i believe i speak for most people who are chastising the diet - it just doesnt sound like a good time. there are much better ways to go about dieting.

but, if you find that it's working for you and your goals, who are we to judge. keep at it if it's your thing, but do remember that people will always have their own opinions about what you're doing.

Like I said to OP people are gonna do what they want to do, personally I made a decision to make my current cut using a different method.
