Model 98 stocks on G1?

Can the G1 use 98 stocks? It looks like a 98 stock in the manual, and having searched the net I haven't seen anyone confirm it. I have to go buy the tiny allen key needed to take the stock out of the stock adapter plate, but I was wondering if anyone can confirm that they do in fact accept 98 stocks.

Pretty much. I can't guarantee every style of stock for a 98 will fit, and some may fit tighter/looser than others but for the most part they are identical.

Yeah I called GOG and they said pretty much that 98 stocks fit. My other question is, what size allen key do you need to take the stock out of the stock adapter plate. I went through everything I had, and nothing was small enough. GOG tech said it is 1/16, but I don't know. I'll try again, but I think it's smaller than that.
