Padding for young Kids @ Reball Fields?

Was wondering, what do other fields use, to reduce the Sting of Reballs, so that you don't scare off young kids.

Reballs are supposed to be shot at 220 FPS.

Where i play we use 240, but i'll say it stings alot less then shooting paint at 280-290. Thats for sure.

I got my Tippman 98,s @ 160 fps. For the Kids. Kind of like shooting on a big field. 100 feet seems like 200.

Always have played around the 250 ballpark and I feel that they hurt less than a paintball at 290 for sure! As long as the kids aren't bunkering each other...
