Things get better. I'm 28 and I feel just like I did at 19. I'm not sure when things go downhill but it's nice to have some experience under my belt when it comes to leading people/being taken seriously. However, a lot of it is how you carry yourself. I've met 35 year olds who still need to be mentored on how to be decent at a job they have a lot of experience in.

I mean, I'm not 18 or 19, but I've had that freedom for a while. The excitement fades pretty quickly, even for me since I never drank until I was legal age.
I'm mostly just looking forward to being 21 so I can take a decent vacation by myself to NY.

I'm almost 23, idk how I feel about it.
I'm starting to hate this new school I'm going to. Mostly because I'm the only guy in a class of about 40 girls, and it kinda sucks.

Meh, age is but a number and all that other philosophical crap. /philosophy
I had a big rant written down about how when you get older you get more responsibility which one of them is overseeing others in their own jobs. And then I deleted it. When they think they are doing well but you have to be the bearer of bad news they get their feelings hurt. Anyway, just be mature /advice.
