a Lane Shift - Joe and Kathy put a lot of hard work into the field and I guarantee it will be worth your trip. The competition at this field is great.
Cliff unfortunately I will not be able to make it to the Ren fair, I just started a new company which has consumed a good portion of my time. That being said, if anyone needs any IT work please contact me.

Hey Zippy
Congrats Zippy. Hope your hard work pays off. See you this weekend. Well, maybe.
Also to the others, I play almost every weekend at Sherwood, and I still get surprised with what Joe has changed on the field.

If you camp, its free, and u won't reget it, i swear u won't! cleanig up with a pot off hot water feels just as good as a hot shower. Plus u will be on site in the morning and that give u more time to hang out. U and ur freinds will be welcome to hang with our group if u want to we are playing on HELL's side. It's gonna be a blast!!

The ARC Troopers will be returning after winning the "Heavy Hitters" award last year. We are actually coming with a larger force including some individuals from other teams at our local field. We play under an umbrella name called
"The JOES".
Looking forward to another fun event at Sherwood!...LOVE the field!!!

I agree with Zippy and the others. I come from TX to play because it is worth the trip. There will be players coming from father west than me.

We would like to mention that there will be no glass bottles allowed at your camp site if camping for this game. This rule has been posted for along time and now we will be enforcing it. No exceptions!! Thank you.

why do most fields make you buy their high priced paint? why can't you just bring ur own cheaper stuff.

Simply put, because operating a field is expensive and the entry fee alone doesn't cover costs. The larger and nicer the facility, the greater the costs.
To put things in perspective, I own a small field on 20 acres. Here are the bills I paid today:
Payroll $1706.65
Advertising $1500.00
Rent $795.00
That's $4000 spent before lunch--and I haven't even bought paint for next weekend yet. By the end of the week, I'll have spent nearly $10,000.

Pre reg and save! Big discounts at sherwood for pre registration for a game like this, the paint is very reasonable, not 'high priced ' at all.
