Want my demon back

I sent it into frank cause he told me to send it in so he can go threw it and make sure it's running fine. I sent to him cause he said he would have I back to me within the week. Well it's been a month later and he keeps telling me he is tracking down a leak from somewhere. I call and he tells me to call back in a hour . When I call him back I get the answering machine. I've been patient but now he is out for two weeks so I know it's going to be gone for another month. Has anyone used frank before? Is this normal cause he is busy?

He's moving right now as I heard in Facebook. I never dealt with Frank but I know Deadboxsports has good service.

My team was going to shoot 2013 Demons last year. We dealt with Frank and every experience was extremely poor. So this is typical...

the customer service was bad for me too. i sent my creed in because it had a leak, i didn't get the gun back until 4 months later and they didn't even fix my gun. terrible cs.

Not that I have had any major issues, But I did PM him about getting a Button Pad and he never got back to me. Oh well. I have heard too many horror stories about his personal CS it is sad.

When I ever get it back I will not be sending it back to him. I will look for other demon tech center or sell it. Sad cause I knew what the problem was but he convinced me to send it in and said he would have it back in a week.

The only reason why I bought a demon was because of Eric (shootinpoo) and it was a very sad day when he decided to part ways with Vanguard. Eric is with MacDev now and I am a happy and proud owner of a clone GTi!

Sorry Frank but customer service is not your thing.

Does anyone know when Frank is going to get back? HIs the machine says he is going to be gone for a couple weeks but it's been a month. I'm getting kind of tired because he had my marker for almost three months now.

Have you tried calling his cell? Based on other posts I've seen that is the best way to contact him. Several months without your marker is poor form but unfortunately seems fairly common.
