Heavy enough to take a few hits. I know my flex mask now is starting to get have the ends come up. Just fixes easy with a hair dryer though!

Bout as light as a piece of paper but very sturdy. Like he said, if corners start to peal (mostly with mask) just use a hair dryer to heat it up and it'll seal back together.

Yes. I believe this occurs mostly becuase the mask bends easily, (made of bendy plastic)
