gun for small hands?

my kid can shoot my guns ok, but the grip size and tank are really tough for him to balance and aim. so i'm thinking a small 13ci tank or remote would address the issue of the tank pushing the gun too far forward, but the grip on my guns (2x eclipse guns and a cocker) are still too big for him to comfortably handle.

the distance between the grip and foregrip is fine, his arms are long enough, so something like the invert mini doesn't help. it's the actual grip itself that's too big.

so far, we're just shooting around in the backyard. but you know, good habits and all that..... i'd rather he concentrate more on trigger/muzzle discipline.

and 86* frame pump would work really well. if you consider that route. I practice snaphooting with my friends in my backyard with a pump and even if you just play speedball its great for fundamentals

The problem you'll have is that all grip frames are made to accept standard grip panels or wrap around grips.
On most mechs, this can be changed to a simple "broom handle" but not if there are electronics or battery inside the grip frame.

yeah, that's what i'm running into. was considering a sacrificial frame for my autococker and just cut it down.

If you don't mind him running a mech 'cocker and neither does he, you could get a slim sanchez .45 slider or a 2nd gen system-X hinge (CCM knockoff) with the thinnest panel grips (invert wing grips worked well for me) you can find. Otherwise, a DM or JT impulse might fit his hand better (I kind of have the same problem, child sized hands, even empire's small size gloves are a bit too long for me; can't complain though, it helps me fix stuff with small parts or cramped spaces more easily).

Im 13 and not very big and a ninja 50/4500 fits perfectly. It balances everything out and fits snug into my shoulder.

Yeah forgot to metion this in my post about getting a mini gs... I use mini gs which is already designed for small hands. I also use a 48/45 carbon fiber tank... Which makes it even better. The 68/45 extend my arms to much and makes it uncomfortable to play. So 48/45 and 50/45 tanks are a good way to go if you have small hands and arms like me... I think ninja is the only one doing 50/45 tank sizes but im not a 100% sure.

Hope that helps!!!

I actually still have this setup and use it occasionally! It's very light, tight, and just plain fun to use! Definitely a great snake setup because of how tight it is. I recommend this %100...

Unless you want a Rize Maxxed. Which I heard is better than the Proton... idk tho

the biggest problem with peanut tanks is they are TOO short and cause the T-Rex arm effect.

your tank should come right at the crease of your forearm and bicep when you hold it in a "curl'd" position

this will create a more stable position for running and gunning / snap shooting
