Apparently you have no understanding of business. As much as you hate the Kardashians, the network is making a ton of money from the business that bid to advertise during the hours of the show.
For those of you who don't understand how the TV Networks operate, here's a dummy version.
Manufactures wants to advertise their product, they pay networks fees to put their commercial up on TV and pay more or less for the amount of times it gets aired and even more so the times it is aired so that you may hit your target audience. It's all about efficient means of advertisement.
Frankly put, there are too many other shows in the US that networks would want to pick up first so that they can sell more ads easier, faster, and for more worth.
In my opinion, the best bet for a "paintball" show to get pushed more in the US is for a website to do it as video blogs and get funding/advertisements from companies here. I don't see ESPN and other sport networks actually willing to put aside time on their schedules for Paintball. Too many rednecks in the US watching Deer hunting and fishing! (Not saying those can't be fun sports, but I'd rather be DOING them then watching.)
