Close. ~3730 lbs. Luckily I didn't buy it to be a racer. I sit in traffic 98% of the time living outside of DC. It isn't that fast, but the tune helps a little.

Lol. I know. The wrx was approaching 140k with essentially all original parts. The turbo and tranny were not going to make it another 10k. As a college student I couldn't afford the repairs. I wanted to get something new so I'd have piece of mind as well as better gas mileage (wrx averaged 16-17); the si was literally the top of my budget and I enjoy it.

And, for that, I agree. Although I would go Sedan, personally. I like how the 4 door looks.

all of them are tuned whack from the factory with the DBW and emmisions standard. the k20 is a far better platform. that k24 is to keep stock and thats it. a car like that i couldnt keep stock lol. too slow stock and too much potential to be "quick"

I wouldn't mind getting a 2000 model Si for daily commutes. I honestly like the way Si Civics look, I just hate the scene associated with them and that everyone driving down the road would want to race you in one.
