Ansgear has them in stock. They even have their exclusive anno ones for only about $25 more then a normal sniper. Great deal and value! Mine just arrived today and I couldn't be happier with it.

Probably fleeced a guy who wanted to get rid of his right away, then resold it.

Used Snipers are all over, and they've barely been out long enough to get played with too roughly... I would pick one of those up.

I waited 7 months for my dealer get one for me and when I finally got it there was an anno defect.

Aside from the stores mentioned above, check out Paintball Discounters, if you just have to have it new.

Otherwise, you would probably be better off buying used from the B/S/T/ section.
