Daytona is MASSIVE. It's crazy how many chairs they have around that track.

lol, I don't like nascar. Seems boring. But while I was touring it they were racing around some cars and there's just something about the atmosphere that makes you want to be there. It's one of those things where idealistically I'm not appealed. Existentially i'm intrigued. Go ahead and look up those words!

Yessir. I try to take out a lot of grain and fades they want to add to keep it looking digital, but yea.. VSCO Film.

I've been tempted to grab it, but I can't justify the price for some effects that I can't see myself using beyond some walk around shots I'll throw on facebook or a blog post.

I was hesitant too, especially because I've used photoshop all my life. But you really have a wide enough range of options to distinguish yourself from the Seattle wedding photographer look that VSCO tends to draw. Plus LR speeds up productivity by soo much. Haven't looked back since.

Oh for sure, if I was a wedding or senior photog I'd be all over that ****, but right now I'm working as a contracted commercial photog as well as full time under my own business as a headshot and portrait photographer, not a lot of room for those sorts of effects in those industries. If I start getting some sales from my street photography I may consider it, or if I feel like I have some time to shoot some seniors.

Fain, I think the "look" you are getting out of that camera combined with any processing you're doing is much better than your older ones before the 700.
