L7 bolt leak
I have an 1st gen Ion with an L7 bolt, 360 QEV, virtue board, and the rest of the rig should be in my sig. Anyway, i'm having a leak when i air i where the bolt will stay forward and leak a lot. i also am unable to push the bolt back with my finger. i have a feeling it'sthe weather change up here (southern MN) since it's been doing it different amounts as its gotten colder. I've checked over the o-rings and tried to problem solve as best i could. any help would be appreciated.

I found that sometimes the QEV valve will get stuck and not seal properly so the bolt sticks forward. Try gassing it up and pulling the trigger a couple times. The cold could be causing the QEV to stick.

Orings in the chamber and make sure your QEV is in good condition.

Bolt sail oring isn't sealing properly. Maybe try a larger or thicker oring. I had that with a breech I tried to use, and the bolt was too loose in it.

I had the same problem with my original Ion ..well.. P90 Ion now..
I attempted to do a little "clearancing" on the solenoid house so that it would fit inside the P90 case a particular way...
That ended up causing air to leak from the solenoid housing.. AND it also caused air to come out the rear banjo causing the bolt to move forward only and shoot air out of the barrel..
Why the armature did not close I'm not sure.. But this might be your issue, the solenoid not allowing air to come out of the forward banjo to push the bolt backwards into the firing chamber.. the bolt would actually fire on its own if I pushed it backwards while it was leaking
If it's not the board/solenoid.... breach o-ring

This is the problem most likely.
