I'm still running the original vicious rom when jelly bean first leaked to the Verizon GN. Is it worth doing the new leak from Google or should I give CM10 a go?

Any recommendations on a prepaid German carrier? I'm looking at Fyve right now since they seem to have decent prices and data speeds. I'm not sure if I need to purchase any minutes and I'll probably be buying at least a hundred text messages each month.

I can think of two reasons:
1) They want to hit them where it hurts. IPad sales are only a fraction of iPhone sales and they know people will be flocking to this
2) Not positive but I think it is more difficult to append a filing to include another device so they probably want to hit all applicable devices off the bat.

At this point of course they would sue them now, but apple started the spend money on patents and lawsuits instead of r&d wars. This is not the normal type of competition, its bullying on a different scale. Shame the general populus is not cognizant enough to notice Apple's manipulative pricing strategies, their trap of an ecosystem and their other god awful business practices.

I agree with all of that. But it's also good business. If they were trying to not **** everybody over for all the money they could squeeze out, they wouldn't be a very good business.

I don't necessarily blame Apple for pursuing what is legally theirs but I do blame an overly vague patent system

Just bought crystal defenders from the Google sale and it was meh at best. Lots and slow down and no tablet mode. Liking swiftkey though.
