It took 3 months to find the right one and all the manual's were way to expensive or beat to ****. I was pretty upset about the smg trans but now after driving it for a while, I like the transmission.

smg rocks man, its so much fun to drive.
Plus you could always stick it in auto if you are going on a long *** drive.

I hated smg. To many bugs, pump ALWAYS fails. But sometimes i do hate having a 6 speed, especially with the race clutch, sitting in traffic is a nightmare

I hate how it cuts power sometimes around corners etc... It was weird getting used to, getting on the gas waiting for it to rev match it self then a burst of power. Lets just say the first ride home could of been a lot more comfortable. |

Well traffic in the smg is maybe not as bad, but still isn't good. |

You dont have to ride the clutch 100% of the time. By the time i get to work my left leg is dead

I know the feeling, but you can also control the clutch to keep it from jerking back and forth, and able to throw it into neutral to roll to a stop, rather than downshifting from 2nd to 1st every damn second. But props to you for driving a race clutch in traffic. Which is why neither the e30 nor e46 are driving in traffic if i can avoid it. |

I pretty much have it down, but sometimes it just comes out of no where. I also got over it cutting power.
In other news I got my dyetree aqua c13 in. They feel amazing. |
